It is a recipe that came about a bit by chance with the ingredients I had in the fridge. They are easy to make and also perfect as an aperitif or vegan finger food. To make them gluten free, I used chickpea flour to bind them. They are therefore suitable for almost everyone!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Healthy:<\/strong> these meatballs are rich in vegetables and are therefore an excellent healthy and light finger food.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Simple and fast:<\/strong> your vegetable chickpea and tofu meatballs will be ready in a few simple steps. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Cook them any way you like:<\/strong> you can opt for either cooking in a frying pan (as in this recipe) or baking in the oven.
