Because let's face it, what do you do, go to Rome and not eat at least 4 vegan carbonaras? That's why today I'm showing you my recipe for a <strong>creamy vegan carbonara pasta<\/strong> And just as delicious as the original. Try it to believe! For other typical Italian recipes revisited in a vegan way, also try these penne all'amatriciana or this vegan eggplant parmigiana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients for a creamy vegan carbonara<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If I offer you this recipe that often stirs up so much (unnecessary) controversy, it is because I have had my numerous failures to find the recipe for a perfect vegan carbonara! I had almost thrown in the towel until I visited the restaurant <a href=\"https:\/\/origanocampodefiori.com\/#\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Oregano Campo de' Fiori<\/a> Rome. This restaurant is located in the center and has a wide selection of vegan options and traditional dishes revisited in a vegan key. If you are passing through Rome, you absolutely must visit it! I immediately fell in love with their carbonara and managed to \"steal\" some tips from the chef.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Here are all the ingredients for pasta carbonara:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>200 ml Vegetable cooking cream&nbsp;<\/strong>(sugar-free)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>250 g Spaghetti<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>150 g vegan bacon<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>1-2 Tablespoon Kala Namak:<\/strong> also called Himalayan black salt, will give an eggy taste and smell to your cream due to its strong odor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>1 Knife tip turmeric powder:<\/strong> To make the cream more yellow.
