I hope you are well and that summer is progressing in the best way for you. Today I present to you a classic of vegetarian and vegan cooking: The vegan bean burger (because hamburger we can't call it anymore lol).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a very simple recipe and one that you can customize with vegetables you have left over in the fridge. Just start with a base of beans and oatmeal and let your imagination run wild!
