These are rich in minerals, Omega3 and Vitamin C. They are therefore classified as a true <a href=\"https:\/\/www.my-personaltrainer.it\/alimentazione\/superfood.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Superfood<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When chia seeds come into contact with a liquid substance they swell, forming almost a viscid, dense hood on their outside. This is why they are used for making puddings or indeed jams!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Here are the steps you will need to perform for apricot jam<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The steps you will need to perform are few and simple.
